In fact, according to the National Association of Realtors(R)' (NAR) 2006 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, the overall usage of the Internet is "up from 71% in 2003 to 80% in 2006, but the percentage of buyers who reported that they used the Internet frequently has risen from 42% to 59% over the same period."
